Relaxation

Relaxation Massage: A revitalizing full body massage.  Soothes sore muscles while rejuvenating the whole body.  Let go of all your stresses and enjoy being pampered with the use of soothing music, hot towels and calming atmosphere.

Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage: The main purpose of sports massage therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity. Where minor injuries and lesions occur, due to overexertion and/or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively. The massage will help prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries. Sports massage can help prevent those lingering injuries that so often get in the way of performance and achievement, whether a person is an athlete or a once a week jogger.

Pregnancy Massage:  Massage during pregnancy can reduce peripheral swelling, help to prevent insomnia, reduce muscle cramps and back pain, and soothe the nervous system.  Regular massages during pregnancy can also shorten labor time and make the return of your optimal fitness easier.

 

Body Treatments:

Contouring Body Treatment:  This wrap aids in the removal of toxins that have become trapped in vulnerable areas of our bodies.  The wrap contains herbal formulas which help soften the toxins, and stimulate circulation so that the toxins can be flushed out through normal body elimination.  People lose anywhere from 2 inches to 14 inches off there bodies. (90 min appointment)

Personal Training

Fitness Assessment: This is an assessment using body composition, cardio respiratory fitness test, muscular strength assessment, and a flexibility assessment to help get a baseline of information needed to help start your fitness program.  I will utilize this information to help chart your progress during your fitness program. 

Personal Training: I offer private one on one and group training sessions where you will receive; detailed instruction on proper exercise technique, cardiovascular conditioning training programs, body fat composition analysis and lifestyle and weight management counseling.

 

Lifestyle & Weight Management

In an era, when obesity is prevalence has reached an all time high and cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of women, it’s certainly time for all of us to get our priorities straight.  Rather than another fad diet, make a lifestyle change for you and your family based on good nutrition and exercise. 

I will help develop sound, balanced weight management programs that bring together the three critical components of long term weight management success:  nutrition, exercise & lifestyle change.  I recognize that many individuals have health, lifestyle and fitness barriers to overcome.  As lifestyle & weight management consultant, we will be able to identify those barriers and design plans for long term success. 

I will be utilizing the Eat Clean approach which provides a simple, complete approach to weight management – helping you look good, feel good and get the most out of life.  Eating clean focuses on foods that have been minimally processed and are as close to nature as possible.  I will help show you how to cook healthy, using natural ingredients that can be delicious, quick and the whole family will enjoy them!
